Shipping FAQs

Many of our products are either too large or too fragile for us to ship safely and cost effectively so they are only offered as Pick-Up items. If you have a question about a particular item, please feel free to email us at a.mangan@bluedahliadesigns.net or chat with us from the website.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding holidays and Mondays) after receiving your order confirmation email. If you chose to have your order shipped to you, you will receive another email notification when your order has shipped with a tracking number.

We try to fulfill your order as soon as possible but please wait until you receive an email stating your item is ready for pick up.

Store pickup hours for Blue Dahlia Designs:
Monday: CLOSED
Tuesday-Wednesday: 10am-5pm
Thursday: 10am-7pm
Friday-Saturday: 10am-5pm
Sunday: 12pm-4pm

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
