Meet Our Team
Mother/Daughter Duo
Owning a Home Décor Boutique was always a dream of Angie's. Knowing she would always regret not giving it a shot, Angie asked her daughter, Alyssa, to join her on this dream and Alyssa quickly said yes! Fueled with a love for all things design and the ability to help customers in the store or in their homes, this mother/daughter duo brought this dream to reality in August 2019.
Angie Mangan
Angie's love of color, design, and her desire to help people led her to her degree in Interior Design. Angie started her career as a design consultant for several tile stores. From there, with plenty of family and friends' homes ready for makeovers, she honed her skills and confirmed her passion for design.
From space planning, color selection, and finding that perfect piece to finish off the area, Angie loves every stage of the design process. Drawing from her organizational and management skills, and combining with her creative nature, her spaces are functional while still providing character and charm.
Though Angie's personal style is eclectic, she enjoys working with other design styles, from traditional to contemporary. She loves color and the ability to use it to bring out the personality of a space.
Alyssa Mangan
With an architect as a father and an interior designer as a mother, you could say Alyssa was born straight into the design world. She grew up watching her parents work and lived in the midst of an entire home renovation. Watching the design process happen around her, it was pretty clear that there was no other career option to even consider.
Following her passions led her to study at Missouri State University where she fell even more in love with design and the creative process involved. Alyssa graduated in 2016 with a Bachelor of Science in Interior Design and a minor in Marketing. She has since then been working in the design field under the guidance of several design professionals.
Alyssa's favorite part of design is mixing textures and using fun accessories to give a space more depth and personality. She believes with the right accessories and a few personal touches, you can make a house a home.
