Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon Rolls with Sweet Maple Honey Glaze

Nothing says cozy like freshly baked cinnamon rolls—and these Pumpkin Spice Cinnamon Rolls with Sweet Maple Honey Glaze take things to a whole new level. They were the star of the sweet table at our anniversary party, and now you can bring them into your own kitchen. With rich pumpkin flavor, warm spices, and a drizzle of Sweet Maple Honey Spread on top, they’re perfect for fall mornings, holiday brunches, or anytime you’re craving a homemade treat.

Ingredients:

Pumpkin Dough:

  • 1 ½ tsp active dry yeast

  • ⅓ cup whole milk, lukewarm

  • 2 ½ Tbsp brown sugar (divided)

  • 2 ¾ cups all-purpose flour (plus 1–2 Tbsp more if sticky)

  • ½ tsp salt

  • ¾ cup pumpkin puree, patted dry

  • 1 egg yolk

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 5 Tbsp unsalted butter, room temperature

Pumpkin Filling:

Cinnamon Sugar Filling:

  • ¾ cup packed brown sugar

  • 1 Tbsp ground cinnamon

Glaze:

Instructions:

  1. Mix dough ingredients (except butter) together in a mixer or bowl. Knead 5–7 minutes.

  2. Add butter and knead 7–10 minutes until dough is elastic. Add extra flour if sticky.

  3. Cover and proof for 1 hour in a warm spot.

  4. Roll dough into a rectangle on a floured surface.

  5. Spread pumpkin + honey spread filling over dough. Sprinkle cinnamon sugar mixture on top.

  6. Roll tightly and cut into 10–12 rolls. Place in a greased baking pan.

  7. Cover and let rise until doubled.

  8. Bake at 350°F for 22–28 minutes. After 15 minutes, tent with foil to prevent over-browning.

  9. Cool 10 minutes, then drizzle with melted Sweet Maple Honey Spread.
