Wildflower honey is what we affectionately call our “all the above” option. This means that this honey is not produced from the nectar of a predominant plant. Our wildflower raw honey is sourced from the finest of wildflowers here in the southeastern part of the U.S.A. It is excellent for people with allergies who live in the surrounding area where the bees collect the nectar. The taste and color vary depending on the time of year as the canvas of flowers that are available for the bees change with each season. Tasting notes and color vary with each season and may include hints of reddish apple, dark and deep molasses, or light-yellowish sweet.

- Biscuits, toast, oats, tea, coffee, and great sugar substitute
